The hotel was in a peaceful location so close to Key West, and the grounds.

The time I spent there was really great. The room was cozy and lovely with all necessary amenities. The setting was beautiful, so close to the grounds, the beach and the sea. Again, the hotel was not very far from Coupon Bight Aquatic Preserve. The breakfast they served was excellent and delicious. The staff was amicable - I would come there again.

The room was unique, moreover comfortable. Everything was good, including a delicious and marvellous breakfast choice. Our hotel was in a magnificent location on the lower level directly on the beach.

The room was exceptionally nice, cool. The location of the property was great and beautiful, in the middle of jackson. Further, it was very close to the beach.

I stayed for 4 nights in a King Suite and enjoyed the peaceful location. The grass made swimming a no-go, but that was fine. The super nice team, and breakfast was delicious! Just wish the bathroom was a bit bigger. A nice escape from the hustle.

Family with children looking for nature

The owners Tim and Jane really know how to. The breakfast was really good, they served us bacon and eggs that just hit the spot every morning, I mean it was like tasting heaven on a plate.

It wasn't exactly cheap but considering the experience we got, I would say it was acceptable.

The location offers wonderful opportunities for kayaking and encountering local wildlife. Enjoying delicious poached eggs at breakfast was a good highlight that set a positive tone for the day. The overall experience was mixed, as the charm of seclusion did not fully compensate for the lack of nearby amenities.

The amazing views and warm hospitality made our getaway lovely. The staff were really nice too ensure our comfort, and we loved the nearby dining options that offered fresh seafood. Can't wait to return!

The private beach was really good for bird-watching, and kayaking across peaceful waters was the highlight. We even had some adorable Key Deer visiting us daily.

Staying at the Barnacle was a good experience. The fine water views captivated me, and I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast. Although the bathroom could use some updating, the overall ambiance and accessibility to nature were great. I'll definitely return!

The queen room had a private bathroom, air conditioning, tv, and a kitchen for convenience. The breakfast included seafood quiche and eggs Benedict, delicious. The views from the patio were fine, overlooking the ocean and perfect for sunset watching. Plus, the chance to see key deer nearby was amazing.

I fell in love with the charming surprise of having a beach right outside my door. Wendy served up the most delicious seafood quiche and fresh coffee every morning! Plus, the tranquil waters were perfect for kayaking, an absolute must-do during your stay!
